The Key to De-criminalizing Marijuana

Is to Focus on Money

.

The Evidence:
We need not speak to the absurdity of keeping marijuana illegal.   Other pages on this site (along with hundreds of other websites) have clearly spoken to that aspect of this controversy.   The benefits of legalizing marijuana and its sister plant, hemp, have also been clearly explained.   The evidence clearly tells us that benefits of legalizing marijuana are huge and that continuing marijuana prohibition is absurd.

So why is marijuana use still considered a crime?
Obviously the marijuana prohibitionists either do not understand common sense, or they have another reason (a hidden agenda)  for their actions.   The prohibitionists are not stupid, so  the only logical conclusion is that they have an intention that they are not telling us about.   It doesn't take Einstein or Sherlock Holmes to figure out what their hidden agenda is.  It's incredibly obvious.   It's money!  Money!   and  more Money!

We are dealing with "money addicts."
In this debate we must talk "money" because money the only language that the marijuana prohibitionists understand.

The Morality Police:
The only excuse they give for maintaining the status quo is that they are protecting us from misusing marijuana.   Of course there are those who misuse marijuana, just like there are those who misuse, knives, guns, cars, and hundreds of legal drugs, but unless you are a mindless idiot, or unless you are reaping major benefits from keeping marijuana illegal, you can easily see that the problems are not in the knives, guns, cars, or mind altering chemicals.   It's about money!

Outlawing marijuana is no more sensible than outlawing kitchen knives or picnic baskets.   If we outlawed everything that has killed people there would be nothing legal, except perhaps watermelons weighing under three pounds.   If we put everybody in jail who has ever used marijuana, we'd have forty percent of the population in jail, including the nation's three most recent presidents, Clinton, Bush and Obama.

The Issue Is Money:
Common sense is not the issue, and common sense will not decriminalize marijuana.   The issue is MONEY, and in the current climate of economic desperation, money will in the relatively near future, be the key to decriminalize marijuana.

Here's just one example:  The state of California in facing financial disaster.   Legalizing and taxing the sale of marijuana for personal use could bring in 1.4 billion dollars in new revenue.   Money is the point of focus.

Legalizing its sister plant hemp, could produce a multi-billion dollar hemp industry. That industry could produce and sell literally thousands of valuable products -- products such as food, medicine, cloth, paper, stronger-than-steel auto bodies, and stronger-than-cement 1/6 the weight building materials.   This multi-billion-dollar industry could revitalizing the nation's economy except for one fact.   It's prohibited by federal law as part of marijuana prohibition insanity.

Our Job is to speak in the language of the marijuana prohibitionists ---  Our focus is on MONEY!    Our focus in on how much money they can make by legalizing marijuana.

One Bite at a  Time:

.

The focus needs to be only on legalizing marijuana.   Avoid even mentioning other presently-illegal substances.   Let me take you back to the American Revolution to give you the reason for this one-pointed focus.

When America's Founding Fathers wrote the declaration of independence, they included these words, "All men are created equal with unalienable rights. . . "   They said "all men," but a significant portion of the American population was completely excluded.   They did not include women and blacks.   Today excluding people because of their skin color or gender is considered by most of us to be an absurdity, but in their day, had they mentioned either blacks or women,  the American Revolution would be nothing more than a footnote in long-forgotten British history.

Now relating this to the legalization of marijuana, the focus needs to stay clear of any and all other aspects of present-day drug and drug related prohibitions.   The appropriate focus is on marijuana and on money and -- on how the prohibitionists can make millions of dollars by legalizing marijuana for personal use.

We're Walking Our Talk

At TLC-Life-Center

We are demonstrating our proposals by creating two
corporations, one for-profit and one not-for-profit.
They
will function as partners.

  The Corporation:

Our for-profit corporation will be based on The New Corporate World Foundation's Win-Win Business Structure -- a structure in which corporate employees, corporate customers, and the environment hold equal priority with making a profit.   Corporate focus is on the production and use of hemp.

Hemp is an ignored gold mine.   Why?   Because when it is allowed to freely flourish, it will become a multi-billion dollar industry.   For example, hemp will replace trees as a source of fiber for paper, it's medical benefits are profound, and as plastic for auto bodies, its strength and damage resistance will save billions of dollars in auto repairs.

  The Foundation:

We are creating a medical-marijuana, access-assistance foundation.   The Mari-Med Foundation will provide funding and access to medical marijuana for those in need who cannot, by themselves, afford to pay for the products and services.   The Foundation will own controlling  interest in our for-profit corporation so that the majority of the corporate profits will go to the Foundation.

Do You need a Job?

You are invited to examine our websites and determine if you'd like to join the development teams for either our non-profit foundation or our profit-oriented corporation.   If you find the prospect of joining our team intriguing, please go to our website;
